A comprehensive cleaning program is developed for each property, with special attention given to the differing needs of hi-rise, mid-level and garden style complexes as well as commercial office buildings and corporate facilities. By partnering with Gemini to care for your facility, you gain access to Gemini’s ancillary services. When Gemini assumes a property, our Special Service crews assist on-site personnel to ensure the prperty is brought up to quality cleaning standards.
Our program uses regionally-based mobile crews, rather than on site personnel, to accomplish this important task of specialized cleaning, so as not to divert attention from the care of your common areas. The details of common area cleaning vary considerably across commercial and muli-unit residential properties: from caring for exotic hardwood floors in clubhouses, to pressure-washing entrances and dumpster pads; from diamond grinding and polishing the marble floor in a reception area, to removing graffiti on the property.
Whatever your specific needs, Gemini’s expertise in all areas of janitorial services guarantees that a comprehensive program, using the latest specialized products and procedures, is in place for each property. The Gemini staff then works to ensure that the entire property reflects one principal concern: that tenants residents can take pride in the property.
Our Green Cleaning Program: 
Gemini's Green Cleaning Program is based on the US Green Building Council Standards. All of our equipment including vacuum cleaners, floor machines, wet dry vacs, blowers, pressure washers conform to USGBC standards. Paper products used are 100% recyled, plastic trash can liners contain 10% post-consumer recycled content, microfiber mops and towels are utilized, and additionally, dilution control systems are used for dispensing all Green Seal Certified cleaning chemicals.
Even our corporate offices are "Green". We receive 100% of our power from Washington Gas Energy Services “Wind Power” program as part of our ongoing efforts and commitment to a cleaner and healthier environment.
