Juan was one of Gemini’s earliest hires in late 1998. He joined Gemini with eight years experience in commercial and apartment turnover cleaning both here and in Mexico. Gemini enhanced Juan’s skills by sending him, first, to the VIC International School in Knoxville, TN for extensive training in the care and restoration of natural stone and subsequently through the hardwood installation/restoration and maintenance training program sponsored by the National Wood Flooring Association. In 2002 Juan was promoted to Account Supervisor at the International Spy Museum -- which not only boasts a great collection of spy paraphernalia, it also houses a vast array of special surfaces with specific cleaning needs (including expertise in stone and hardwood). In 2004, Juan was promoted to his current position as an Area Manager, from which he continues to coordinate the firm’s natural stone and hardwood programs.
