Tom’s professional career includes service as a University professor (with a Ph.D. from Penn State), as a government executive and as a business manager and consultant. In senior executive positions in the federal government, he designed and maintained the nationwide accountability systems still used by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He subsequently served in major management positions in both environmental and health businesses. He joined Gemini in January 2000 as a partner and designed the firm’s Quality Assurance / Quality Control programs. He continues to manage the company’s growth and development.
